Probably has to be flown just as the original plans or kit. Bill Vanderbeek sponsors the One-Design Gas Event. You can email him. firstname.lastname@example.org/16/2019 at 12:56 pm #87987Robert Dunham IIParticipant
Rules specifies that the models are to be locked up, even if plans show them to be auto-surfaced. No mods/adjustments to be made to amount of dihedral- must be per plans.01/23/2019 at 11:25 am #88034SIMON BLAKEParticipant
And the Shocer is a locked down model. It’s a great model as-is, although the other model you can build for the 2019 event is the Maverick which is pretty darn good too.01/23/2019 at 11:31 am #88035SIMON BLAKEParticipant
Speaking of the Shocer, where does one get a plan for the 1/2-A version? NFFS lists only the 400 and 560 versions. Somewhere I have the Model Builder article and I know I have the 560 plan, so maybe I can scale it, but life would be easier if I didn’t have to do that.01/24/2019 at 10:14 pm #88038wmazzParticipant
Thank you for your help!
Has anyone flown the BMJR Shocer kit yet?
