Well gee, if you don’t want to bunt the model, you may as well forget it. I will send you my address and twenty bucks and you can send that useless engine to me. πŸ™‚ πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

    George,

A 711 Pilferd Pearl might be a good one.

How about a Satellite 600 GLH. a 788 would be to much airplane.

Thanks Free Flight Hank, Wow, I’d think 600 would be too small cause I fly a 600 Sq inch model with a 3.5 I like the looks of the satellite, but have never really had an interest in building them.

George I fly a Ramrod 600 with an OS 29 and it is a nice power comb. I flew a Satellite 600 a few years ago with a Super Tiger 29 and it flew well, right up till I broke the rod in the Super Tiger. I thnk NFFS has the plans for the Satellite 600. (I used to be the NFFS “Plan Man”)

A 600 Starduster would stand on it’s tail!!! Another obscured model would be a 585 Geo. Galaxy with a custom fuselage. There is a gentlemen form down under that flys this plan with an ST 29R with great success.

    I have flown a Starduster 600 with my K&B 3.5 however, a little bit bigger one would work good… Galaxy, now there’s a thought…

    Thanks for the input Scott,

George, if you like the 585 Galaxy, I’ve already got the wing and stab developed in a laser cut version. Wing and stab complete except for the 1/8 x 1/8 Spruce stringers. Ref. my thread on 585 Galaxy for pics.

Okay… The Galaxy is the choice… I’ll scale it up to around 700 SqIn and build the fuselage in the starduster style. I’ll try to keep you all updated as I begin this project…

I will be scaling the 1/2A plans up 150% which will give me a 702 square inch wing of 62″ span.

Should be a lot of fun…
