    Note to all fliers,
    and especially anyone wanting to revise CLG rubber rule:
    I just read in Model Aviation, Oct 07 issue, page 189, that the final cutoff
    date for rules change proposal submission is SEPT 30, tomorrow!

    Dennis Phalen, are you interested?
    If so, hurry!
