With Lone Star out of the picture you have a number of alternative choices; National Balsa, SIG, Midwest and Solarbo. Would suggest you do a google on these names and you will find out which supplier can cover your requirements. On another forum National Balsa appears to get a good rap 😉

Has anyone had any dealings with Specialized balsa as a source for Contest balsa?
Probably not if you look at their price list then double the sheet price if you want Contest grade (under 6lb) timber. 1/16″ x 3″ = $1.90, 1/16″ x 4″ = $2.34.
