Its a relatively high aspect ratio wing. Tapered tips, if I remember correctly. Simple fuselage. Multi-spar wing. 1/2A and A/B sizes for sure.
Get the plans and start building.

There is a picture of the Country Boy at http://www.modelaircraft.org/plans77.asp. The original plans were published in March 77 in Model Aviation so if you are a member of the AMA you can see the plans and article on their web site, the plans are sure to be available through AMA Plans service. The tips are sharply tapered but there are only 4 ribs in the tip. There was a kit of it but you will probably only find one on Ebay. If you build one the fuselage needs some reinforcement to prevent bending in flight side to side. A little carbon built into it would probably do it . Mine was very inconsistent in the climb until I reinforced it with carbon on the outside of the fuselage. It is not a nostalgia model but was originally what would now be a classic. It was OK with a Cox probably a real killer with a cyclon and as others would need some wing reinforcement too. Good Luck, Thermals, Glenn

That web site in the last entry doesn’t work so go to www. modelaircraft.org click on the plans service, then C, scroll down to Country Boy and click on the listing, the photo will appear. The article and plans are in the “members only” area where they have a complete archive of Model Aviation, you need March 1977. Good Luck, Glenn
