    ALL!
If you have any interest or investment in E-36, Please go to the AMA web site and read Rules Change Proposals OFF19-01 and OFF19-02.
These two proposals are exactly the kind of premature meddling the killed off any wide spread interest in F1Q when it was just generating a solid base of interest.
Right now, as I see it, E-36 in it’s current form is in the same kind of satisfying performance and simplicity sweet spot that P-30 enjoys.
“If it ain’t broke, don’t fixit”
The above mentioned proposals will only complicate the contest director’s work, add expense, hardware complication, and likely will obsolete most timers currently (no pun) in use and readily available.
    It ain’t broke!!
    It don’t need fixin’!!!

    Pete,

    Thanks for the heads-up. Agreed.

Watching F1Q, this type of added complexity has made it harder and harder to participate in the event.

Similar rules changes killed CO2, a very fun event, a few years back.

AND the latest changes to the big 3 FAI events might be the death knell for them.

    Leave E36 as-is!!!!

    Please!
