Hello all!
Having finished a F!H that was initally started construction years ago i have a small problem. the wing joiner tubes were of the 2.5mm inside diameter. back than i was able to find a steel wing joiner that would hold up to the force generated by flying the model without folding the wings. The model is not a bunter, but employs circle and zoom lunch capabilities, the problen i keep on bending the joiner any time i try to put some ooomph into it. does anyone have an idea of a steel wire, composite, or anything that may give me a chance to put this baby through its paces. all help will be appriciated! thanks again! yudaA2Z has 2.5mm carbon pultrusion rod that might work for you.

cheers!You might try tempering the steel rod to make it stiffer. Works for music wire.
