    Hello all,

I’m looking for plans for the Gil Morris 1/2A “Matchsticks”. It was a MOTY in 1990.
I don’t know if the plan was ever available. Has anyone come across this?

    Thanks!

    Thanks Nigel,

I must have completely missed it. Apparently I’m missing a lot of things lately!

Gil Morris was flying his Matchsticks at our Geneseo contest in August and I flew his Toothpicks design for years, loosing the second one I built at Geneseo a few years ago due to faulty fuse. The Matchsticks is a little smaller and needs to be built light. Neither of them has a climb to write home about but the glide is fantastic. There were so many times my Toothpicks just hung 20 or 30 feet off the ground milking very light lift that most airplanes would just glide through. I would build the Toothpicks; I think the Matchsticks is too small and it’s more complicated to build.
