Hi All,
This is a McCoy “9”, thick lug model, from 1954 in near new condition. My only hesitation in calling it new is some light marks on one lug which could have been from manufacture. The cylinder/piston fit is tight, the case is otherwise unmarked and all screws and parts are pristine. If a runner plan on spending lots of time breaking this little gem in.
$35.00 plus shipping at around $6.00.

I have had a couple of inquiries that prompt additional information about this engine. It Is NOT a diesel but a glow. It is NOT the series that had an anodized red head. This engine has “McCoy 098” on the side of a bright die cast crankcase. Listed as a McCoy “9” in Anderson this may be as late as 1954 with a prop screw, NOT a prop nut.
