My first postal contest…

Hi,

I might be out on a limb a bit here as I’ve never done this.

I’m hosting a Postal Contest at http://www.rubber-power.com/Contest.htm

Any criticism or ideas are welcome.

In fact, if someone wants to step in as director and create better rules or a more interesting contest, they’d be welcome.

What I’m planning is that once I take submissions it will say something like:

Darcy Whyte, Ottawa, Canada, 25’03.1″ W 75° 42’21.4″
Time = 1m 5s: The best time within 600 miles

John Doe, Germany, lat lon
Time = 5m 20s: The best time in the world

So everyone will have the best time within a certain radius. The bigger the radius, the cooler you are.
