I have everything set up correctly on the Smoothie timer to the best of my ability. dt time is greater than motor run, and motor run is set also. [all verified by the correct flashes] However, when I go to set the motor speed, nothing happens. It should start when I hit the Motor button, but it does not. There is a continuously flashing red light on the esc. [castle 10 amp unit] Red lights do not seem right to me. My understanding is that the Smoothie is set up to send the signal to the esc to make things work. [as if an rc signal was received]. However, she no worky!!!!
Any of you wizards out there have any ideas before I send this Smoothie back to the shop??

    Have you programmed your controller?
My JETI uses a little card. It plugs in place of the timer/receiver. Once the controller is programmed, off it comes and the timer plugs into the system.

wow, I never heard of such a thing. Certainly not from the guys who sold me the esc. Program it? I will have to give them a call, or just order a controller like the one you have.
    Who knew?????

I didn’t know until Jim told me! 😀
I’m guessing that’s your problem, though.

I bit the bullet and ordered the Jeti with the card. Hopefully, this will solve this problem. I am not a patient person, and I want to see this sucker in the air!!!
