Well, after retiring last year and getting everything under control and getting into the groove of home life I put together a new A/B classic contender for next year. It’s a bitsa this and that, I.E. Big Dawg wing and stab, Shocer fus. I had on the back of the shelf, and a new 3.5 MVVS engine. Engine runs really strong swinging a 7.8 X 4 APC prop. Did not tack it yet but feels similar to the K&B 3.5. Pics. attached!

It’s a nice looking airplane! What’s a “Big Dawg”? I’m not familiar with that design.

Simon, the Big Dawg is a 560 sq. in. plane I designed and developed along with Jim Jennings for A/B electric. It’s kitted by Top Knotch Products. You can visit Top Knotch’s web site it you’d like to see it or look on the electric form.

Denny, you don’t have to worry about this new A/B classic ship any time soon. The thermal gods thought they needed it more than I did and they took it yesterday afternoon while test flying at the Atlanta Thermal Thumbers Sod Farm!! It was such a good flyer too!!
