    Hi All,
    I have found a good source for some really nice Backplate mounts for the K&B 4.9 and larger engines. I like them so much I wanted to share this with everyone.

    They weigh 27 grams but they replace the Rear cover to save that weight as well.

    They are available for $10 plus postage from Dave at Performance Specialties. I have been Making mine from 1/4″ Aluminum Plate! but these are Handy, neat and 13 grams lighter than the ones I made.
