Red Flash plan details (stabilizer and prop)

I need stabilizer dimensions for the “Red Flash” (OT Rubber Stick):
Stab Span?
Stab root chord and tip chord?
(I recall the l.e. and t.e. taper about the same amount to the tip rib)
Approx. Stab Rib spacing?
Root camber thickness and tip camber thickness would be nice but not absolutely necessary?

Also – my kit came with a plastic prop (I’m guessing not SAM legal).
Do the Red Flash plans specify anything about prop pitch/diameter and blade shape?
