    I notice that the later models of these engines have a ring spacer under the carb body/NVA that measures .313 OD x.250 ID x .033 thick. Anyone have any ideas on this thing’s function? All the principles in the Cox business seem to be gone and it leaves no one to ask. Bill

    Ronnie Young used to work for Cox and he is still around.
