My late friend Tom Spangler had a .15 webra rear rotor ported sleeve motor 1966 version. I do remember him explaining to me in the “Spangler fashion “of there were only about 15 of these engines that were imported to the USA back in 1966.
Is there any one who has one and would like to share their story behind the motor?the reason is the cyclone use the same ported sleeve concept
