If you feel like it’s been a long time since you placed your online order and still haven’t received it these are the NFFS volunteers who can answer your questions and help you straighten it out. Contact them first.
Downloading and Reading the eDigest
In order to download the NFFS eDigest you must be an active NFFS member. If you currently aren’t a member and would like to join or renew your membership go to the Shop and either log in to your existing account or purchase a new membership. If you have been a member in the past you probably have an account. If you don’t know, or forgot, your username and password contact the webmaster at email@example.com
To read the eDigest you’ll need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download that here http://get.adobe.com/reader/ .
To download the eDigest log in to your account information page and follow the link for eDigest download.
This will take you to a list of the eDigest issues currently available for download. Note that there are two versions of each issue available. The one with the smaller file size, typically around 5MB, is suitable for slower internet connections and reading on your computer, tablet, or other device. The larger size file, between 50 and 60MB, is suitable for faster internet connections. The larger file has higher resolution graphics and is best for members who would like to print their eDigest.
If you have ordered plans to download, you can click on the link in the email receipt that you received to access your plan.
You can also log in to your account information page where you’ll see a list of files available for download.
General Website Problems
If you are experiencing problems accessing your account or other content try this first –
Clear your browser’s cache and delete the history for free flight.org. These simple steps resolve most issues.
Make sure your computer is up-to-date with the most recent OS and security updates. Preferably, use Chrome or Firefox, and avoid IE or Edge whenever possible. Finally, make sure that the browser is up-to-date as well. If none of this applies, look at the plugins or extensions that may be installed on the browser, and if you have anti-virus software installed, make sure that it is not blocking downloads.

Lost or Forgotten Username or Password
If you have forgotten your username or password for the NFFS Shop, or Forum, click here to reset it, or contact the web master at email@example.com.
If you experience trouble responding to the email that you receive when resetting your password, instead of clicking the link in the email try this – copy the link to the reset page and paste it into your browser’s address line. In most cases that resolves issues.
