Editor’s comment for Charlie … becareful where you leave your credit card

Editor’s comment for everyone else. It maybe fashionable to knock the city of Bakersfield, but it is the 63rd largest city in the USA with a population of 350,00 or so and a number amenities. Last year year an expedition lead by the most important person at FAI Model supply (obviously not Charlie) found a charming Bakersfield gem in a classic family operated Ice cream store that had been there for years and has excellent home made style ice cream and other goodies.

Team Placing Clarification – SEN 1895 comment -2

Hi Roger,

Ian’s clarification of team scores has confused me even more. In my little insect brain, first place is the highest score you can get. Is he saying that first is the lowest score? So it’s like golf?

Confused in California.

Confused , work through an example and you will see it gives the right results. using fly off times to compute the team place can skew the results because not every one may fly the same number of flights.
