2025 Champs
There has been some discussion on the FaceBook around this subject
The most important was probably the following.
Dear Friends,
In 2025 the WCH Seniors and ECH Juniors will be in Romania , Salonta .
Today I sent out to the FAI our proposal regarding the date. (18-28 July 2025 )
The official date will be published after CIAM approval .

The consensus was that Salonta was a better site than the one used for the Euro Champs. And in the fake news department one person caused some concern whe he said that during a storm at the Euro Champs several timers died. People were concerned about the possible death of people performing the timekeeping function. There was some relief when it was explained that the only death was the drowning of the electronic timing device in the F1B aircraft and no people were harmed.
The Euro Junior champs is also being hosted in Romania at about the same time and the senior champs proposal needs to be accepted, processed and the calendars all properly updated. No doubt that will happen soon.
