Plug for the Plugs

From Ron Young

Hi Roger,
I have had TCA plugs for 6 months and have tested them in current FIC engines and everything from 1/2A to 40. These plugs are a direct replacement for Nelson and have 10mm hex instead of 3/8 like Nelson. The plugs are 6.50 plus postage. Srpracing@comcast.net

It’s the Chickens

From Ron Marking
Hi Roger
I am sure that EoB will tell you this himself but he doesn’t need AI. The chickens check everything and correct as necessary.
Regards
Ron

And I think he keeps the Haggis outside and does not let them on to the internet

On the interweb

From Steve Helmick

Roger…Just looked at the new website http://www.faifreeflight.org looking for FF Suppliers, clicked on the link to FF Suppliers and found two links to something else, newsletters, I think, but no suppliers. Having been the web guy when our club had a website, I know how it goes. I always had trouble with attempting updates and my confuser showing the version from cache. Not being that interested in computers caused me some hair loss.

I was happy to also visit Hobby Club’s website and finding the TCA glowplugs. I guess the days of 49 cent glowplugs are gone. I flew F1A against Alberto in the ’80 TT at Taft. I was clean the first day, but luckily lost my only good model on the 5th round, so I didn’t have to go to Spain. The wind in Spain blows mostly on the plane.

Thermals, Steve

From the Editor

Steve  FreeFlight.org is the NFFS web site and you can contact the webmaster Alan at info@freeflight.org.

I’m sure that the NFFS , like us is always happy to get announcements from Free Flight Supplier.

Hobby Club feed back

When accessing the Hobby Club web site just after the last SEN from another computer/browser that had a different anti-virus on it we got a warning message. We reported that to Alberto at Hobby and he investigated immediately. It appears that the photo from a reputable  external source had something in it. Alberto took another  photo himself of the plugs and replaced the supplied photo and the problem went away.

Just  shows maintaining a web presence requires work
