The 2024 US Free flight Champs will be run on schedule Sept 13-14. If you have not heard, Dan Heinrich has some medical issues. I will take over the Contest CD management. Hope to see all you competitive sportsmen at this contest.

Saturday, September 14 starting at 10 am
FAI events: F1B (Wakefield) and F1C (Power)
FAI mini events: F1H (small glider), F1J+F1P (power), F1G (small rubber) Saturday flyoffs, if necessary, at times to be determined, perhaps 7pm.
AMA events: From 9am to 4pm Saturday and from 8am to 2pm Sunday. E36, Electric-A, Electric-B, E20, Hand Launch Glider, Catapult Glider and P30.
These events may be flown either day, though a competitor should complete regular (first three) flights in an event on one day of his or her choosing (**)
Sunday, September 15
FAI events: F1A (Large Glider) and F1Q (Large Electric) (*) starting at 7am. F1S (small electric) starting at 9am.
FAI events: F1H, F1J+F1P, F1G, F1C may be flown Sunday if no one flew it Saturday.
All FAI events will have 5 rounds.
Dawn Unlimited: Sunday at 7:30 am.
Flying concludes on Sunday at 2 pm
Entry fee is $25 for all events. Fuel donation $5. (Please bring the exact amount)
Camping is allowed on the field. Super 8 in Middletown and Days Inn on route 17M are popular among flyers. Directions to the field are on www.brooklynskyscrapers.org )
Those who would like to share a motel room should contact Tom Juell (646) 584 6011 (*) F1Q will be flown with 2Joules/gr.
(**) A Saturday AMA flyer with 3 maxes in an event may fly flyoffs Saturday or Sunday.
