Travel, especially intercontinental travel was difficult but there were some close races and in A and B, in particular a couple past winners showed us that they had not forgotten how to fly and find thermals.
World Cup 2021 – Thanks
Running a World Cup event this year was more challenging than usual with an additional set of things that had to be done and had to plan on how many people would be able to make it to the event.
So thanks to all the World Cup organizers, contest directors, their helpers and juries that ran the events.
Lets not forget the World Cup Coordinator, Ian Kaynes and those others at the CIAM and our National Aero Clubs who provided scoring and structure for the World Cup events.
Last and First
For most readers this is the last SEN for 2021 and me the first of 2022. And looking out the window can report that 2022 is starting of here with a clear sky, warm day and no wind.
